Our Fees
At JB Immigration we believe in providing a high quality service for a reasonable fee. Our fees do not attract VAT. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, if instructions are withdrawn part way through an immigration case, we will charge for all the work undertaken to date at an hourly rate of £120.
We charge a fixed fee of £120 to advise by way of an initial consultation, which includes written legal advice. If you then decide that you would like to instruct us to submit an application on your behalf, we will charge a fixed fee for that work. There is no obligation for you to instruct us after an initial consultation.
